Qualifications

• Experience in transportation or supply chain is preferred.
• Business development, sales knowledge, and training experience are recommended.
• Registry Monitoring Insurance Services (RMIS) skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the operational, budgeting, and forecasting plans for the branch.
• Determine specific industries or modes for the branch to focus on.
• Ensure a balanced investment approach between business development and operations.
• Develop a sales culture throughout all positions of the branch.
• Develop or review detailed financial plans, profit and loss income statement and EBITDA adherence.
• Work with other Watco units to develop joint approaches to customer growth.
• Deliver cost-effective solutions that prioritize long-term customer interests.
