Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support Corporate Functions across multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers to align on strategies, workload distribution, and process efficiencies while driving a high-touch candidate experience.

You will leverage data, market insights, and diverse sourcing strategies to optimize recruiting outcomes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting corporate functions or banking-related roles.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in communicating with stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Experience with an ATS (Workday preferred) and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for Corporate Functions roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to align on hiring strategies and process efficiencies.
• Identify and leverage diverse sourcing strategies to build strong and inclusive candidate pipelines.
• Drive an efficient, compliant hiring process that meets business needs and maintains quality.
