Genmab is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to build and maintain professional relationships with key customers in private practice, medical groups, hospitals, and academic centers across Columbus, Dayton, Charleston, and Morgantown. You will represent Genmab’s brands, drive sales, and develop territory plans to meet or exceed goals.

The role requires a track record in oncology sales, strong account management skills, and solid business analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 4+ years in sales, marketing, or clinical (pharmaceutical, biotech, rare disease, or patient care) is required.
• 4+ years demonstrated success in Oncology sales and/or account management.
• Demonstrated strong capability in account management and proven sales performance.
• Strong business analytics to understand and analyze market drivers.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for the territory.
• Develops and implements robust territory business plans.
• Flex between virtual and in-person engagements and adapt plans.
• Analyze key market data and convert insights into actions.
• Represent Genmab’s brands in a professional, compliant manner.
• Manage territory resources and budget effectively.
