CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director of Business Operations & Strategy to lead the Informatics and care-delivery product initiatives enterprise-wide. You will connect clinical technology strategy with Epic and third-party contracts, guiding governance and strategic roadmaps across CVS Health Care Delivery businesses.
The role requires senior leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record driving large, cross-functional programs in a matrixed healthcare
Qualificações
- 15+ years of healthcare experience in strategic and operations leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-tiered organizations in a large, matrixed healthcare environment.
- Vast, hands-on knowledge of healthcare delivery and interoperability standards (HIPAA, etc.).
- Experience supporting value-based care or population health technology initiatives at an enterprise scale.
- Proven track record owning large, cross-functional programs with enterprise risk.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as senior executive point of contact for Clinical Informatics strategy across CVS Health Care Delivery units.
- Build strategic relationships with physician executives, operational leaders, and business partners.
- Translate enterprise clinical needs into actionable technology strategy and roadmaps.
- Present portfolio status, risk, and outcomes to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Oversee operational backbone of Clinical Informatics and Clinical Care Delivery products and ensure smooth intake, build, and go-live processes.
