Job summary

Owens & Minor, a global healthcare solutions company, seeks a Territory Sales Executive to lead commercial efforts in an assigned region. You will own territory strategy, manage customer relationships, and drive growth across products and services.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/account management within healthcare, with strong ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Travel is a key component of this outside sales position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum of five (5) years of sales, account management, or related experience.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing complex customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations and health system dynamics with experience working with health systems, IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory Strategy and Forecast: develop strategy to execute top selling initiatives and quarterly planning.
• Account Plan: create stakeholder maps and plans for growth in assigned territory.
• Pulling in cross-functional resources across territory to deliver customer outcomes.
• CRM accuracy including activity tracking and opportunity updates.
