Honest Health is seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across internal operations and client solutions. You will bridge business, clinical, operational, and tech teams to deliver measurable value and align with organizational priorities.

You will facilitate business analysis, design workflows, and support product management while guiding project teams, mitigating risks, and communicating with executives and clinicians alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
• 3+ years applying Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare operations and digital-transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex technology programs from initiation through post-launch stabilization.
• Develop integrated plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and resource needs.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, decisions, and change control.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, training, and implementation readiness.
