Honest Health is seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and operationalization of cross-functional technology initiatives that support internal operations and external clients.

You will serve as a critical link between business, clinical, operational, and technology teams, ensuring solutions align with priorities and deliver measurable value. Expect governance, risk management, and collaboration with executives and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.
• PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs, including enterprise initiatives with executive visibility.
• 3+ years of experience applying Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare operations, population health, value-based care, clinical workflows, or provider data management.
• Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital-transformation initiatives.
• Experience facilitating requirements-gathering, workflow-analysis, process-mapping, and solution-design sessions.
• Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and validating those requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to assess operational processes and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvement.
• Ability to build relationships, influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for executive, technical, clinical, and operational audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Teams.
• Proficiency with project and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

• Program & Project Leadership: Lead complex technology programs from initiation through implementation, operational transition, and post-launch stabilization.
• Business Analysis & Solution Design: Lead discovery, requirements gathering, workflow-design, and solution-design sessions.
• Product & Platform Support: Define platform roadmaps and prioritize enhancements with Product Owners.
• Stakeholder Management & Organizational Leadership: Build relationships across multiple functions and influence outcomes.
