This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Director within Human Resources and collaborates with hiring managers and external vendors to attract a diverse, qualified candidate pool in a cost-effective, timely manner. The role emphasizes building community networks, developing outreach programs, and ensuring compliance with recruitment guidelines and Oregon pay

Qualifications

• Two or more years of talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Recruitment CRM systems, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and retention of talent for clinical and non-clinical positions across multiple departments.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring goals.
• Partner with hiring managers and external vendors to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Advise on market trends, compensation, and offers while ensuring EEOC compliance.
• Collaborate with Compensation and HRBPs on job descriptions, restructuring, and recruitment processes.
