Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of data and systems analytics.
• Experience writing requirements or user stories that are clear and organized.
• Understanding of waterfall or agile methodologies and automated testing familiarity.
• Intermediate communication skills including presentations, writing, elicitation, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and gather business, stakeholder, and solution requirements across stakeholders.
• Create functional and non-functional requirements based on stakeholders’ needs.
• Develop understanding of assigned business, application, and data domain.
• Participate in peer reviews of requirements and define scope from business to development teams.
• Support privacy policies and corporate values while delivering solutions.
