Job summary

Lifetime Healthcare Companies seeks a Business Systems Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the organization, defining IT system requirements and specifications for IT solutions. The analyst serves as the primary interface between business and IT to gather, document, and analyze requirements.

Level I–IV responsibilities include eliciting requirements, defining scope, mentoring others, leading projects, and ensuring solutions align with data strategies and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• Level I: Associate degree or 3 years of relevant work experience; basic understanding of data flow/diagrams.
• Demonstrated basic communication and analytical skills; familiarity with waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Level II–IV build on Level I with SQL, data domain knowledge, and advanced requirements facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and gather business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
• Lead and participate in scope definition, risk assessment, and MVP identification.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with IT to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
