Beacon Health System seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead strategic and operational management of supply chain functions across the health system. The role oversees storage and distribution of supplies, equipment, and records, plus courier logistics and interdepartmental coordination to optimize routes and schedules.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, ensure high service levels with user departments, and align with Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in shipping/receiving or related area.
• Five years of progressive supply chain management experience in a hospital environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directs storage and distribution of supplies, assets, medical records, and shipping/receiving.
• Develops and implements strategic goals and objectives.
• Manages budgets for assigned areas.
• Sets policies and procedures for efficient operations.
• Maintains relationships with user departments to ensure high service levels.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and manages performance of staff.
• Liaises with Purchasing to coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution functions.
• Monitors reports and metrics to meet department goals.
• Leads courier and transportation network optimization.
