• Serve as on-site liaison between System Logistics and hospital staff to ensure cost-effective product use.
• Ensure optimal utilization of supply chain resources, including staffing and inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data to measure best practices, quality, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with facility caregivers to implement new products across the facility.
• Participate in system-wide Value Analysis Teams as required.
• Monitor asset and inventory levels with reorder points and EOQ.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans and conduct quality audits.
• Meet vendors to review products, services, and contracts for standardization.
