Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years in business analytics, sourcing, or related roles in healthcare.
• 5+ years in Excel, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• 5+ years with ERP, procurement, and contract management systems.
• 5+ years of problem-solving and project management skills.
• 5+ years experience in a hospital/IDN/healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Spend Management, customers, and suppliers to optimize procurement.
• Build relationships to support end-to-end spend management across departments.
• Lead supplier reviews and supplier performance initiatives.
• Ensure contracts align with terms, pricing, rebates, and SLAs.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate rebates, validate accruals/payments, and maximize recoveries.
• Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting for decisions.
• Act as SME for procurement platforms and mine data for improvements.
• Manage supplier onboarding, vendor setup, and internal approvals.
• Monitor performance against contracts and KPIs; escalate issues as needed.
• Drive process improvements; maintain process docs and train staff.
