Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Senior Operational Sourcing Analyst to drive data-driven sourcing decisions, contract optimization, and supplier performance across our integrated delivery network. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in business and advanced Excel, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• 5+ years of experience with ERP, procurement, and contract management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills within healthcare settings.
• Experience in hospital/IDN/GPO or healthcare services organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Spend Management, customers, and suppliers.
• Analyze spend data to identify strategic sourcing and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Manage supplier onboarding, contract compliance, and rebates.
• Create procurement dashboards and executive KPI reporting.
• Support procurement platforms, data mining, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive continuous process improvements.
