VHS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment, from strategy to placement, across clinical and non-clinical roles. You will build strong relationships with leadership, navigate complex negotiations, and manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs) and/or physicians preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Willingness to work outside traditional hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from strategy through placement.
• Recruit healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical roles as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align staffing priorities and drive outcomes.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates via job boards, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Engage candidates with timely communication and a professional recruitment experience.
• Navigate compensation discussions and make confident hiring decisions.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
