Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate program work, provide administrative support, and ensure performance across initiatives. The role partners with hospital leadership and external clients to design and execute program elements aligned with strategic goals.

The position requires building a network of internal stakeholders, independent yet collaborative work, and proactive problem solving with vendors in data, processes, and advisory areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field.
• Three years of experience in business or healthcare administration; HM employees may be considered with two years of progressive responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work and provide administrative support for programs.
• Partner with hospital leadership and external clients, partners and vendors.
• Design and execute program elements with leadership engagement.
• Manage program budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Provide education and technical expertise related to program implementation and sustainability.
