Job summary

Houston Methodist Academic Institute is seeking a Program Manager to oversee comprehensive program management, coordinating work and administrative support, while ensuring performance and alignment with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership and external partners to execute program elements, manage budgets, and provide education and expertise for successful implementation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field OR Master’s degree combined with HM Fellow.
• Three years of experience related to business or healthcare administration; HM experience may count.
• Preferred: Registered and/or certified professional in area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead program meetings and drive decision-making with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with hospital leadership and external partners to execute program elements.
• Design and implement strategies to engage stakeholders and achieve goals.
• Provide education and technical expertise related to program implementation.
