Qualifications

3+ years operating as a Program Manager in healthcare or equivalent.
5+ years operating as a Project Manager in healthcare or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Ensure activities for assigned programs align with HITS Portfolio Management Leadership vision.
Mentor and oversee project managers across all project phases to deliver on time and on budget.
Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and IT leadership.
Develop and maintain program documentation including schedules, risk plans, and budgets.
Facilitate cross-functional reviews and ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational strategy.
