Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System seeks a seasoned HITS Program Manager to guide the technical performance of hospital system programs at Broadmoor Campus. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and align initiatives with strategic goals under Portfolio Management leadership.

You will mentor program and project managers, develop governance artifacts, and drive continuous improvement in project management capabilities across healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience operating as a Program Manager in healthcare or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience operating as a Project Manager in healthcare or relevant experience
• PMP - Project Management Professional certification or to be obtained within 24 months

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical performance of Hospital System Programs.
• Mentor project managers running day-to-day activities across programs.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks.
• Maintain governance, documentation, risk plans, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate program status to leadership and stakeholders and drive decisions to align with vision.
