Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years of experience in program mgmt.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in healthcare IT or hospital programs.
• Strong communication and governance skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities align with HITS Portfolio Management Leadership direction.
• Oversee project managers delivering all phases of projects within programs.
• Motivate teams, set goals, recognize contributions, and drive delivery.
• Escalate issues to business owners and cross-functional teams as needed.
• Maintain program documentation: schedules, risk plans, budgets, SharePoint.
• Review status reports, identify risks, and outline action plans.
• Demonstrate clear communication and facilitate cross-disciplinary discussions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Define program scope, schedule, and cost using PMO practices.
• Provide status updates on health, issues, risks, and impacts to schedule.
