Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Program Manager in healthcare or equivalent.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in healthcare or equivalent.
• PMI PMP certification within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities support the direction and vision of HITS Portfolio Management Leadership.
• Mentor project managers across all phases to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with business owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain program documentation, schedules, risk plans, and budgets.
• Produce program status reports and address issues and risks.
