Job summary

Privia Health is seeking an Operations Consultant I to manage a portfolio of clinically integrated multi-specialty practices in the Annapolis region. The role requires 50% local travel and heavy collaboration with care centers to drive performance and value-based care initiatives.

You will partner with physician owners and Privia leadership to drive transformation, monitor financial and clinical metrics, and deliver actionable improvements while maintaining strong client service relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and healthcare MBA/masters highly preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience working with physicians and medical group staff.
• Quantitatively and financially proficient; able to read, interpret and explain financial data.
• Independent and autonomous with strong judgment to effect change.
• Project management with juggling multiple projects and urgent deliverables while delivering client service.
• Understanding of Population Health Management and risk-based contracts.
• Must have reliable transportation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partner physician practices.
• Serve as point of contact for portfolio care centers and provide routine updates on the partnership.
• Partner with physician owners on strategic planning and execution (VBC & FFS performance).
• Drive care transformation with Privia VBC and physician leadership.
• Track and manage metrics related to finance, revenue cycle, productivity, clinical performance and customer experience.
• Review data and coach Care Center teams on value-based care strategies.
• Develop and present materials to communicate status of initiatives.
• Mentor and coach practice administrators in managing physician practices.
