Job summary

Privia Health in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Operations Consultant I to manage a portfolio of clinically integrated multi-specialty physician practices and drive performance across finance, revenue cycle, productivity, and care delivery.

You will partner with physician owners and Privia leadership to advance value-based care, oversee data reviews, coach care centers, and develop action plans that align with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare Master’s or MBA highly preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience required, particularly with physicians and medical group staff.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own a portfolio of partner physician practices.
• Serve as point of contact for portfolio care centers and provide regular updates.
• Partner with physician owners on strategic planning & execution (VBC & FFS performance).
• Drive care transformation with Privia VBC and physician leadership.
• Track metrics related to finance, revenue cycle, productivity, clinical performance, and patient experience.
• Coach Care Center teams on strategies to succeed in value-based care agreements.
• Review reports to maintain transparency on financial performance and drive improvement.
• Develop materials to communicate status of initiatives.
• Mentor and coach practice administrators in management of their physician practices.
