Job summary

PrairieLINK Health Alliance (PLHA) seeks a seasoned Executive Director to lead its Clinically Integrated Network, advancing physician-led governance, care coordination, and value-based care initiatives. You will partner with hospitals, clinics, and academic partners to execute the RPGP grant program and drive strategic priorities.

You will supervise staff, coordinate governance, and monitor quality metrics while pursuing grant opportunities to sustain the network’s mission in rural Kansas.

Qualifications

• 5 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration.
• Experience leading complex healthcare projects and initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with CINs, accountable care organizations, or value-based care preferred.
• Experience managing grant-funded programs and external partnerships preferred.
• Knowledge of rural healthcare delivery and Critical Access Hospital operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial implementation and development per RPGP grant program.
• Coordinate governance, the Board of Managers, and physician-led committees.
• Align PLHA operations with strategic priorities, budgets, and milestones.
• Oversee performance measurement, reporting, data sharing, and analytics.
• Recruit, develop, and supervise PLHA operational staff and teams.
• Identify and pursue grant funding and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Stormont Vail Health and PLHA leaders on value-based care.
• Prepare reports and materials for governance and partner updates.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and service excellence across networks.
