Stormont Vail HealthCare, Inc. in Kansas seeks an Executive Director for PrairieLINK Health Alliance (PLHA), a Clinically Integrated Network.

The role provides executive leadership for strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing operations, including physician-led governance, partner engagement, quality improvement, care coordination, data analytics, telehealth integration, and value-based care opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Leads development and ongoing operations of PLHA in alignment with the RPGP Grant and organizational goals.
• Supports governance structures, including coordination of the Board of Managers and physician-led committees.
• Oversees performance measurement, reporting, data analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Recruits and develops PLHA staff across care coordination, analytics, IT, and project management.
• Identifies and pursues grant funding and strategic opportunities for sustainability.
