Job summary

Stormont Vail Health seeks an Executive Director for PrairieLINK Health Alliance (PLHA), a Clinically Integrated Network. This leader will provide strategic oversight for planning, implementation, and operations, coordinating physician-led governance, partner engagement, quality improvement, care coordination, data analytics, telehealth integration, and value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for strategic planning, implementation, and operations for PLHA.
• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, physicians, community organizations, and partners to advance CIN goals.
• Lead governance engagement, quality improvement, care coordination, data analytics, telehealth, and value-based care initiatives.
• Oversee grant reporting, performance metrics, and financial stewardship.
