Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 5 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, operations, population health, network development, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing operations of PLHA.
• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and community partners to advance the CIN's goals.
• Lead governance support, quality improvement, data analytics, and value-based care initiatives.
• Oversee grant reporting, budget, and performance measurement, and staff development.
• Develop partnerships and pursue grant funding to sustain PLHA's mission and programs.

Education
