Qualifications

• 2+ years in strategy, consulting, product development, product management, operations or retail pharmacy.
• 2+ years with custom queries in relational databases (SQL/Snowflake/GCP or Foundry).
• 2+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations that leverage data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives, influence decision-making, and effectively communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Execute recurring, business-critical analyses and reporting, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes through automation versus continued ad hoc support
• Deliver complex, high-impact analytical solutions supporting strategic retail pharmacy initiatives using tools such as SQL, Python, Palantir Foundry, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders by coordinating project activities, facilitating communication, and engaging partners in key decision-making processes
• Develop deep expertise in CVS Pharmacy’s internal and external data ecosystems, utilizing advanced analytical platforms such as Snowflake and Palantir Foundry to generate actionable insights and support business objectives
