Job summary
FutureSoft Consulting Inc is hiring a Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager in Dover, Delaware. Onsite, full-time, with a salary range of $111,155 to $172,286 per year.
The role requires extensive STRATA/StrataJazz experience, hospital finance background, and strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities. The candidate will lead service line profitability analysis, physician practice P&Ls, and rolling forecasts, while mentoring staff and collaborating with senior leadership across Finance,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years in Healthcare/Hospital Finance, Decision Support, Cost Accounting, Budgeting or FP&A.
- Hands-on experience with STRATA or StrataJazz financial software.
- Strong Excel, analytical, reporting, and financial modeling skills.
- Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Decision Support and Cost Accounting system including STRATA/StrataJazz.
- Prepare monthly service line P&Ls and physician practice P&Ls.
- Develop financial models (ROI, NPV, IRR) and feasibility studies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, productivity reporting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with hospital leadership to review financial performance and variances.
