Job summary

Summa Health seeks a senior financial planning and analysis professional to manage the organization’s forecasting, including the operating plan and capital plan. You will partner with Clinical and Operational leaders to refine quarterly forecasts and support strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will optimize StrataJazz usage, deliver dashboards, and improve efficiency of financial operations while translating enterprise initiatives into financial models and hours/UOS productivity analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, acute care operations or integrated delivery systems.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel and presentation tools.
• Demonstrates adaptability in a fast-paced environment and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasting for the organization, including annual operating and capital plans.
• Develop dashboards and automate key processes to improve financial operations.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operational Leaders, Revenue Cycle and Other Entity Leaders to refresh forecasts.
