Bayhealth Medical Center Kent Campus in Dover, Delaware is seeking a Finance Budget Analyst to support the preparation and review of financial feasibility, budgets, and capital projects. You will partner with clinical and operations leaders to ensure accurate cost reporting and reliable forecasting.

Responsibilities include leading annual operating and capital budgets, preparing monthly variance analyses, and delivering executive-ready reports to Senior Management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Decision Support Team in preparing financial feasibility and analyzing profitability, cost and reimbursement studies.
• Function as lead designate to develop annual operating and capital budgets of assigned entities for Board approval each year.
• Prepare statistical (workload indicator) projections for new fiscal year, researching and documenting unexpected trends.
• Import general ledger data from ERP and build cost center budgets in budget software from templates.
