Job summary

Conway Medical Center, part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, is seeking a Decision Support Analyst to support data-driven insights for strategic advancement and performance improvement. You will collaborate with executive leadership and department managers to transform data into knowledge and actionable plans.

The role requires at least 3 years of healthcare data support experience and a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or health care administration.
• Experience: minimum of three (3) years data support experience; healthcare/hospital data support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and usage of decision support systems.
• Coordinate upgrades, maintain databases, write ad hoc reports, and dashboards.
• Support annual cost reports and SHA reporting.
• Perform profitability and feasibility analysis on service lines.
• Perform trend analysis on volumes and statistics.
