Senderra RX is seeking an experienced Senior Associate General Counsel to join our legal team in a hands-on, business-focused role. This position reports to the Chief Legal Officer and requires strong healthcare law expertise.

You will review contracts, guide regulatory compliance in healthcare, and advise on corporate matters while collaborating with leadership to support growth in the specialty pharmacy sector.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state; Texas bar preferred but not required.
• 3–7 years of relevant healthcare, pharma, or health insurance legal experience.

Mansioni

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with providers, payers, and vendors.
• Provide guidance on healthcare and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FDA, Stark Law).
• Handle corporate governance, risk management, and policy development.
