Job summary

TruDataRx, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel to serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior management.

The role oversees all corporate legal functions, including contract lifecycle management, compliance strategy, governance, and advisory on a broad range of legal matters. Ideal candidates will hold a JD, be licensed in the relevant state, and bring at least five years of practice across contract, employment, IP, and healthcare regulatory areas.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state where the company is located.
• Minimum of five years of experience practicing law.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, intellectual property law, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Preferred experience in healthcare insurance and/or pharmacy benefit management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Management on legal decisions, risk tolerance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, editing, and negotiating complex agreements with clients and vendors.
• Develop, execute, and monitor corporate compliance strategy; maintain corporate records and governance.
• Coordinate external counsel, manage relationships with service providers, and provide training on legal policies across the organization.
• Oversee risk management, cybersecurity, data privacy, and new technologies’ legal implications.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
