Qualifications

• Strong drafting, researching, and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with providers, payers, and manufacturers.
• Support development of policies and procedures to manage legal risk.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operations, HR, compliance, and finance.
• Maintain legal documentation and files; assist responses to audits or investigations.
• Contribute to training materials and communications to promote ethical practices.
