Merative in the United States is seeking a Contract Engagement Advisor who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and real-world impact. You will turn healthcare data into actionable contracting strategies that support revenue goals and smarter decisions.

You will negotiate a broad range of agreements, collaborate with in-house counsel, sales, compliance, and finance, and help drive process improvements across playbooks and contract management systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree + 10 years drafting, negotiating and consulting on contracts.
• Experience in data privacy issues and agreements.
• Experience in healthcare technology, software & services or healthcare.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with ability to close complex transactions.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service focus and ability to manage priorities.

Aufgaben

• Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of contracts including data, SaaS and vendor agreements.
• Support contracting activities to drive revenue goals and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with in-house counsel, sales, compliance, finance, and information security.
• Analyze terms, identify issues, and propose amendments within playbooks.
• Drive bid responses via RFIs/RFPs and assist with contract playbooks and templates.
• Improve contract management processes and collaborate on new tech implementations.
