Job summary

Wellth is hiring for a customer success/account management focused role in the United States. You will manage a portfolio of health plan and provider partners, acting as the main contact throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading program implementations, driving adoption and performance, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver maximum value to Wellth customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare or healthcare-focused markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SQL experience and ability to analyze healthcare data.
• Excellent project management and client-facing account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting health insurers or risk-bearing providers.
• Comfortable with data-driven solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of health plan and provider partners across the country, serving as the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Own the relationships with Wellth's healthcare customers and ensure successful implementation, adoption, and performance of solutions.
• Lead program implementations from data intake to presenting outcomes, ensuring milestones are met across multiple work streams.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and maximizing value from the Wellth solution.
• Coordinate regular meetings and presentations with cross-functional teams to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive initiatives and deliver value to partners.
