Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for the Overlook Medical Center division. The CFO will partner with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, performance, and growth.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining strong revenue cycle management and cost controls across the system.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation or master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience.
• Current knowledge of regulatory standards (JCAHO, OSHA, state and federal).

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to execute financial strategy.
• Analyze division performance against budgets and plans.
• Maintain revenue cycle health and cash flow.
• Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for growth initiatives.
• Support financial reporting, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
