Job summary

Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will report to the System SVP, President of AHOMC and to the Corporate CFO. Responsibilities

• Act as strategic business partner to senior leadership to enable execution of financial strategy with System initiatives.
• Assess and evaluate financial performance of the division against budgets and plans.
• Provide insight to short- and long-term growth plans with service line leaders and divisional leaders.
• Participate in pivotal decisions and align financial objectives with System growth plans.
• Communicate potential risks in a timely manner and engage Board subcommittees as needed.
• Review internal controls, regulatory compliance, and procedures affecting financial reporting and operations.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports including P&L, volume trends, productivity, and agency usage.
• Review monthly results and provide recommendations to site leadership.
• Maintain healthy revenue cycle and managed care relationships to ensure cash flow.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain monthly operating and capital budgets.
