This full-time role requires 7+ years of outside sales or 4+ years in healthcare staffing, a Bachelor's degree preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel 35–50%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside solution sales experience, or 4+ years in healthcare staffing sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven success securing new business within assigned territory.
• Proven ability to confidently present services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively research and source potential new business leads over the phone and email.
• Schedule in-person meetings and present physician recruiting services to decision-makers (C-Suite).
• Develop and maintain working relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, focusing on new business.
• Partner with recruiting teams to manage client relationships and match physicians with defined needs.
• Travel to meet potential clients and participate in trade shows as required.
