Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Client Development Manager to drive new business and build relationships with hospitals and health systems. You will source leads, schedule meetings for the Business Development team, and present our recruiting services to senior decision makers.

This full-time, hybrid role requires 2–4 years in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, strong prospecting and communication skills, and a track record of reliable performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role or territory manager role.
• Experience in healthcare staffing sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
• Stable employment history with verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Proactively research and source potential new business leads over the phone and email.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Schedule in-person meetings on behalf of territory managers to present recruiting services to decision makers.
• Act as the liaison between clients and the business development team.
• Coordinate and manage the Senior VP of Business Development’s calendar.
