Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role.
• 5 years of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
• 3 years of clinical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across clinical areas.
• Design and execute data-driven strategic analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality of care, and program performance.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and business cases for senior management.
• Act as trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership, clinical operations, network, finance, and actuarial teams.
• Identify strategic gaps and develop proposals for improvements.
• Develop robust impact models and monitor effectiveness of initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts on problem-solving approaches and frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations distilling data into strategic narratives.
• Other duties as assigned.
