Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics or related field.
• 2 years of post-grad experience with strategy/management consulting or healthcare strategy groups.
• 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop Financial & Operational Models to evaluate medical policy and utilization strategies.
• Lead the development of a foundational model for cost savings and admin costs at a procedure-code level.
• Perform hands-on data manipulation to create a fit-for-purpose data layer.
• Collaborate with data engineering to translate assets into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Define and execute day-to-day tactical steps within leadership boundaries.
