• Identify strategic gaps and initiate improvement proposals.
• Develop robust impact models and monitor effectiveness of initiatives.
• Mentor junior analytical staff in problem-solving and frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level presentations distilling data into stories for diverse audiences.
