Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role.
• 5 years of a demonstrated track record of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across clinical areas, defining scope, methodologies, deliverables, and timelines.
• Design and execute data-driven strategic analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality of care, and program performance.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and business cases for senior management to drive investments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, proactively identifying strategic needs and proposing analytical solutions.
• Identify strategic gaps or challenges within programs and develop proposals for improvements.
• Develop robust impact models and monitor effectiveness of initiatives against objectives.
• Mentor junior analysts on complex problems and strategic frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations distilling complex data into clear narratives.
