Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Master's degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Healthcare, Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Finance, Statistics.
• 5 years progressive experience in strategic consulting or healthcare analytics.
• Proven track record leading complex analytical projects that translate into actionable business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization.
• Design data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Partner with leadership, clinical operations, finance and actuarial teams to address strategic needs.
• Develop impact models and monitor outcomes of implemented initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and present executive-level narratives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations distilling complex data into strategic insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
