The role emphasizes resolving order issues, identifying upsell opportunities, and reporting KPIs monthly. Travel may be required; a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional experience with direct customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fast-paced, collaborative environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; travel occasionally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer relationships.
• Bridge customer supply chain teams with Cardinal Health internal teams.
• Support customer expectations through proactive reviews and engagement.
• Resolve order issues by analyzing trends and coordinating with customers.
• Advocate for customers across servicing teams for rapid resolution.
• Track, measure, and report key performance indicators monthly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
