Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Program Development Manager to inform and execute strategic programs that differentiate Cardinal Health at‑Home Solutions for health plans and industry stakeholders. You will own the design, build-out, and partnerships that align with program goals and drive revenue growth, including test-to-treat initiatives and healthcare/consumer tech intersections.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or program management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, specifically within the labs and diagnostics realm.
• Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Fosters key relationships with external partners who are critical to overall program design and execution; informs design of partnership approach and corresponding agreements.
• Applies strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, financial and business acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders including Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams within Cardinal Health to gain internal alignment.
• Defines build out of program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments, liaise with partners, and assess new opportunities.
