Job summary

Habitat Health is seeking a Product Manager, Strategic Technology Applications to own the product strategy and roadmap for the technology portfolio powering our PACE organization. This role sits in the Strategic Technology Applications team, reporting to the VP of Product, and drives end-to-end lifecycle for applications across clinical, operational, growth, and administrative workflows.

The ideal candidate translates clinical needs into a compelling roadmap, partners with internal developers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise or healthcare IT.
• Experience launching SaaS/cloud-based applications and driving adoption.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into a product roadmap and backlog.
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery with Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of strategic applications.
• Prioritize backlog and roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term investments.
• Define and track success metrics: adoption, utilization, satisfaction, impact.
• Maintain portfolio health, dependencies, and data integrity across platforms.
• Run discovery with clinical, operational, and growth stakeholders to surface requirements.
• Partner with analysts and vendors to scope, prioritize, and deliver changes.
• Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release prioritization using Jira.
• Lead or co-lead implementations for new PACE center launches and go-live support.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for product launches and growth.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and roadmap alignment.
