Special Olympics Kansas, Inc. seeks a Health Strategy and Systems Manager to build partnerships, systems, and workforce infrastructure for Inclusive Health initiatives across Kansas.

You will recruit Health Hubs, strengthen referral networks, and lead data and evaluation functions. Reporting to the Director of Inclusive Health, this role collaborates with the Health Programs Operations Manager and Regional Health Program Coordinators to advance strategic partnerships, sustainability, and program

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in public health, healthcare systems, or related fields.
• Experience leading initiatives with multiple stakeholders and securing commitments.
• Experience with grant workplans, performance measures, or reporting.
• Experience with healthcare systems, rural Kansas, or provider networks preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop Health Strategy and Systems to expand access and coordination for people with IDD, especially in rural areas.
• Recruit Health Hubs and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and systems.
• Manage Hub accounts, monitor deliverables, and coordinate at-risk or underperforming partnerships.
• Lead Community Engagement and Outreach to increase participation and partnerships in rural communities.
• Develop Healthcare Workforce and Volunteer Strategy, building pipelines and partnerships across education and health sectors.
• Lead Data, Evaluation, and Grant Systems including dashboards, reporting, and compliance.
